The Atmosphere:

The Westchester has one huge main room that holds the bar, several booths for dining, a few tables and a stage. The club is decorated with colorful lights and the walls are crowded with pictures of sports heroes, ranging from Muhammed Ali to Babe Ruth. The sports theme is quite obvious with props, like a pair of oversized boxing gloves hanging from the doorway and even the sign above the restroom entrance reads "Locker Room."

There are over a dozen T.V. screens that cover both sides of the venue, so you will be able to watch television or sports games from wherever you happen to be hanging out. If you're having trouble sitting still, there are arcade games and they have two pool tables.

The stage is enormous and could fit either 8-10 people comfortably or give a small band enough room to run around and put on a great show. Since the whole room is open, anyone in the club can see the bands from wherever they are. The wooden dance floor is spacious enough to fit a good size crowd, 30-50 people right at the band's feet and the giant disco ball makes it that much more enticing to get your groove on.

Not only does the Westchester have a full bar, but the food menu is quite extensive. They offer the following categories: Light & Healthy, Sandwiches, Burgers, Dogs & Links, Mexicana, and Appetizers. They also offer food and drink specials most days of the week. The Westchester Sports Bar works hard to give you good value for your money and insure that you have a good time.

What you should know:

You can find something fun to do any night of the week at The Westchester Sports Bar and Grill. 4 times a year they host a BBQ Bash with 15 bands that starts early in the afternoon and the marathon continues into the late evening.

Parking Situation:

This club is located in a small shopping center along Manchester Ave. You can find free parking in the main lot or you can park on a side street. The whole shopping center is well lit at night and they have security out front.
