The Atmosphere:
Domenico's can be divided into 4 separate sections, which include a downstairs, upstairs, restaurant and courtyard. The downstairs is also known as "Billy's Dugout" and there is a staircase that leads to it directly off the sidewalk. Once you're down there, you will find pool tables, a full bar and a nicely sized stage. Hanging over the bar are television screens showing the latest Laker game or any number of other current sporting events.
A staircase connects Billy's Dugout to the upstairs where you will find another full bar, more sports on the TV, and occasionally a live band or DJ. Domenico's Italian Restaurant is just through the hallway to the right, containing a large dining area and a full kitchen. All the classic Italian dishes are on the menu such as salads, pasta, lasagna, chicken or eggplant parmesan, subway sandwiches, and of course, they make a mean pizza!
Just when you thought this place was big enough, you'll wander out the door of the restaurant and find a courtyard where live music is usually held on the weekends (Weather permitting of course).
Domenico's is one of the bigger, more versatile clubs in LA and with all of the variety contained within it's walls, we're sure you will have a great time visiting and find something there that interests you.
A typical night at Domenico's may include dancing to a live DJ downstairs, wandering upstairs to catch an original alternative rock act, grabbing a bite to eat at the restaurant, and then making your way to the courtyard to see a reggae or cover band. There is so much to do and each area of the club has different vibe from the next.
What you should know:
"Domenico's has live bands upstairs, downstairs and in the courtyard! If your not into the music you can play trivia with other people at the bar, bring a friend and play a game of pool or if you get hungry order something from their menu. Domenico's is really a well rounded, entertaining place to spend an evening."
Parking Situation:
The neighborhood is great but be careful where you make your left hand turns, a few our friends recently got tickets in the area. Parking is available on the street and also in a pay lot right next to the club. Parking in the pay lot is $5.00 and is open after the club closes.

A little history: |
Domenico's offers music and sports fans three places to congregate. The first being in the basement of the original Courthouse in Pasadena we so lovingly refer to as the JAILHOUSE. It still boasts the old bars and original brick walled cells. Three full bars with tables scattered about and plenty of room for dancing. Additional seating and varying styles of entertainment and sports are available in "Big D's" which is where all the early Pasadena trials were held.
