Getting involved with the Club Card

The TLAMS Entertainment Services Club Card is a co-op marketing and promotion opportunity for music related activities, goods and services, established to add value to the music scene. With so much going on in the "scene," the club card helps the music fan get the most for their money. Offers like "bring a friend for free" or "15% off food" encourage fans to pursue music activities, which is what we're all about. By working together we can fully utilize both on-line and off-line means to stimulate awareness for the music scene.

Why we consider this a co-op marketing opportunity

Everyone who takes part in the club card will have their logo/likeness added to a specified number of the club cards being distributed, but since all the offers are available on-line, music connoisseurs will be exposed to everyone involved. Everyone benefits from this collective promotional opportunity.

Distribution and Promotion of the Club Card

The club card is distributed and promoted through the LA Music Scene (.com) in conjunction with our in house street team, our relationships local businesses/venues and artists/bands. We target live music events and other music related business, like music stores, instrument shops and novelty interest stores.

How much does it cost and what do we get?

The following prices are per year pricing. With each plan you are provided with 1,000 club cards to distribute at your place of business to attract repeat business. TLAMS Entertainment Services will distribute additional club cards.

Making the right offer!

When making a Club Card offer, you get to choose the type of promotion you wish to run through and you can change the promotion as often as you wish!!!! The only thing we ask is that you honor your prior offer for two weeks into the new offer, so that you do not disappoint any club card holders that are not aware of the change. On-line offer changes are easy to make, just send us a quick email explaining the new offer. Changes take approx. 72 hours to post.

Some suggested sample offers include, bring a friend for free, 15% off food items when you purchase (something), buy 1 drink and get a shot for free, $1 off any drink all night, free parking (when applicable), free pair of earplugs with paid admission or free shirt (merchandise) on Monday (or other) night.

Artists and the Club Card

Artists/Bands can make an offer on the club card, but it will differ slightly than business offers. Artists/Bands are allowed to make "club card flier discount," offers which gives the holder a set discount to any shows by the artist/band or "free merchandise promotions" if the club card holder attends a show. This is a great way to promote your brand name by adding value to concerts. Cards will also be distributed by TLAMS in-house street team and will include an on-line promotional campaign. Each club card will include your bands logo and pertinent information. Cards must be purchased in quantities of no less than one thousand.

Send an email to tlamsclubcard@thelamusicscene.com and tell us know about your business or artist/band. We're open to new ideas or if you'd like to make a business proposal specific to your business. We reserve the right to refuse any business we feel is in-appropriate for the club card.
